The invention discloses a novel traffic accident scene video speed measurement method based on four-point plane homography. The method is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps: 1, checking an accident scene video, so that the video is ensured to be intact and is an original video; 2, checking and recording the frame rate of the on-site video recording, and extracting all key frame photos in the video record by using video processing software; 3, respectively selecting four pairs of object points Pk (xk, yk) and corresponding image points Ik (uk, vk) on a space plane pi1 and a digital image plane pi 2 of the camera; 4, performing normalization processing on the object point Pk (xk, yk) and the image point Ik (uk, vk), wherein the coordinate of the processed point is PCk (xCk, yCk) and point ICk (uCk, vCk); 5, solving a vector h by using the normalized coordinate by using the formula (1), constructing a projection transformation matrix H by using the vector h, and calculating a matrix H-1. The invention relates to the field of detection equipment, in particular to a novel traffic accident scene video speed measurement method based on four-point plane homography. The vehicle speed can be conveniently determined.

    本发明公开一种基于四点平面单应的交通事故现场视频测速新方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤一:检查事故现场视频,确保视频完好并且为原始视频,步骤二:检查并记录现场视频录像的帧速率,利用视频处理软件提取视频录像中的所有关键帧照片,步骤三:在空间平面∏和摄像机的数字图像平面∏上分别选择4对物点P(x,y)和对应的像点I(u,v),步骤四:对所述物点P(x,y)和所述像点I(u,v)做归一化处理,处理后点的坐标为P(x,y)和点I(u,v),步骤五:运用式(1),采用归一化处理后的坐标求解向量h,由向量h构建射影变换矩阵H,同时计算矩阵H。本发明涉及检测设备领域,具体地讲,涉及一种基于四点平面单应的交通事故现场视频测速新方法。本发明方便确定车辆速度。
