The invention discloses a method and device for predicting a road condition state, a server and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of the Internet. The method comprises the followingsteps: acquiring road section characteristics of a target road section; obtaining window road segment features of the window road segment set; according to the road section characteristics of the target road section and the window road section characteristics of the window road section set, determining probability values of the target road section in different road condition states by taking eachwindow as a reference; and predicting the road condition state of the target road section according to the probability values of the target road section in different road condition states by taking each window as a reference and the road section characteristics of the target road section. According to the road segment characteristics and the window road segment characteristics of the target roadsegment, the probability values of the target road segment in different road segment states with each window as a reference are determined, and then the road condition state of the target road segmentis predicted. Because the prediction of the road condition state is combined with the road section characteristics of the target road section and the prediction results under different windows, the predicted road condition state is more accurate.

    本发明公开了一种预测路况状态的方法、装置、服务器及存储介质,属于互联网技术领域。所述方法包括:获取目标路段的路段特征;获取窗口路段集合的窗口路段特征;根据目标路段的路段特征和窗口路段集合的窗口路段特征,确定目标路段以每个窗口为参照时处于不同路况状态的概率值;根据目标路段以每个窗口为参照时处于不同路况状态的概率值和目标路段的路段特征,预测目标路段的路况状态。本发明根据目标路段的路段特征及窗口路段特征,确定目标路段以每个窗口为参照时处于不同路段状态的概率值,进而预测出目标路段的路况状态。由于路况状态的预测结合了目标路段的路段特征及不同窗口下的预测结果,因而所预测的路况状态更准确。
