Through the arrangement of a human body proximity sensor, when a moving pedestrian is detected to exist around the barrier gate, the barrier gate end processor transmits a signal to the barrier gate end driving motor and enables the barrier gate end driving motor to rotate at a low speed; when the situation that no moving person exists around the single barrier gate is detected, the barrier gate end processor transmits a signal to the barrier gate end driving motor and enables the barrier gate end driving motor to rotate at a low speed, so the first-order movable rod and the second-order movable rod are rapidly put down, and the flow speed of the traffic flow passing through the barrier gate is increased.
