The invention relates to a U-shaped boom body, a U-shaped boom body forming method and a crane boom. The U-shaped boom body forming method includes the steps: 1) converting an elliptical arc segment of a theoretical U-shaped boom body model into an approximately elliptical multi-line-segment combined segment with the line segment length being two adjacent theoretical bending distances x (30-50 mm), working out a bending pass n, n=(L/x)+/-2 to obtain a theoretical intermediate bending angle a=180 degrees/n, calculating a theoretical end bending angle b according to a formula a*(n-2)+2*b=180 degrees, selecting an actual end bending angle B, B=b/k (1.5<=k<=2.5), and calculating an actual intermediate bending angle A according to a formula A*(n-2)+2*B=180 degrees; and 2) drawing an expanded view of the multi-line-segment combined segment according to the calculated values in the step 1), drawing a bending line with a longitudinal center line as the reference, and then bending a to-be-formed workpiece according to the bending line. In this way, during U-shaped boom body forming, it is only needed to prepare two kinds of angle verification tools adapted to the angle B and the angle A, and the machining efficiency of U-shaped boom body forming is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及一种U型臂体、U型臂体成型方法及起重臂。U型臂体成型方法包括:1)将理论U型臂体模型的椭圆弧形段转化成近似椭圆的多线段组合段,多线段组合段的线段长为相邻两道理论折弯间距x(30~50mm),计算出折弯道次n,n=(L/x)±2,得到理论中间折弯角度a=180°/n,由公式a*(n‑2)+2*b=180°计算理论端部折弯角度b;选取实际端部折弯角度B为:B=b/k(1.5≤k≤2.5);根据公式A*(n‑2)+2*B=180°计算实际中间折弯角度A;2)根据步骤1)中的计算值绘制多线段组合段的展开图,并以纵向中心线为基准画折弯线,然后按照折弯线对待成型工件进行折弯。这样,在U型臂体成型时,仅需准备与角度B、角度A适配的两种角度校验工具,大大的提高了U型臂体成型的加工效率。
