The invention relates to a mechanical brake mechanism of a speed limiter for a high-speed elevator. The mechanical brake mechanism comprises a mechanical trigger rod, a rope clamping connecting rod, arope clamping unit hinged with a lower end of the rope clamping connecting rod and a lifting unit hinged with an upper end of the rope clamping connecting rod, wherein the mechanical triggering rod is hinged on a supporting plate of the speed limiter through a hinge point, one end of the mechanical triggering rod makes contact with a centrifugal triggering mechanism of the speed limiter, and theother end of the mechanical triggering rod abuts against the rope clamping connecting rod; the mechanical triggering rod is disengaged from the rope clamping connecting rod under the triggering of thecentrifugal triggering mechanism, and the rope clamping unit clamps a steel wire rope under the action of the lifting unit. Compared with the prior art, the lever principle of the rope clamping connecting rod is used for braking, the action is reliable, and the sensitivity is high; and the rope clamping unit directly clamps the steel wire rope, damage of the steel wire rope to a rope sheave during braking of the speed limiter is avoided, and the service life is prolonged.
本发明涉及一种高速电梯用限速器的机械制动机构,包括机械触发杆、夹绳连接杆、与夹绳连接杆下端铰接的夹绳单元以及与夹绳连接杆上端铰接的提拉单元,所述机械触发杆通过铰接点铰接于限速器的支撑板上,机械触发杆的一端与限速器的离心触发机构接触,另一端抵在夹绳连接杆上,所述机械触发杆在离心触发机构的触发下,与夹绳连接杆松脱,所述夹绳单元在提拉单元的作用下夹紧钢丝绳。与现有技术相比,本发明通过利用夹绳连接杆的杠杆原理进行制动,动作可靠、灵敏度较高;夹绳单元直接夹紧钢丝绳,规避因为限速器制动时钢丝绳对绳轮的损坏,有助于提高寿命。
