The rope sheave mechanism comprises a rope sheave and two sets of centrifugal triggering mechanisms installed on the rope sheave, the two sets of centrifugal triggering mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the rope sheave, the centrifugal triggering mechanism on one side is connected with an electrical control mechanism for electrical braking control, and the centrifugal triggering mechanism on the other side is connected with a mechanical control mechanism for mechanical braking control. Compared with the prior art, the centrifugal triggering mechanismsare symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the rope sheave, electric appliance action triggering and mechanical action triggering are separated, a certain control priority level is set, and the stability and reliability of the control speed are greatly improved.
