The invention provides a method for circularly supplying gas to a sealed cabin body in a vacuum environment, which comprises the steps that a high-pressure oxygen tank outputs high-pressure oxygen, and the high-pressure oxygen is adjusted to a first set pressure range through a first pressure reducing valve; a high-pressure nitrogen tank outputs high-pressure nitrogen, the high-pressure nitrogen is adjusted to a second set pressure range through a second pressure reducing valve, and the pressure-adjusted oxygen and nitrogen enter an air conditioning device; waste gas in the sealed cabin body is treated, and oxygen and nitrogen left after waste gas treatment are sent to the air conditioning device; the air conditioning device performs pressure and flow regulation on the oxygen and nitrogensubjected to pressure adjustment and the remaining oxygen and nitrogen; the oxygen and the nitrogen with the pressure and the flow being adjusted are sent to the sealed cabin body; and the steps are repeated to realize the circulating gas supply of the sealed cabin body in the vacuum environment. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the technical problem that a gas compressor is small in pressurization ratio and cannot meet the requirement of application occasions with a large pressurization ratio in the prior art is solved.
本发明提供了一种用于真空环境下密封舱体循环供气的方法,该方法包括:高压氧气罐输出高压氧气,高压氧气经第一减压阀调节至第一设定压力范围;高压氮气罐输出高压氮气,高压氮气经第二减压阀调节至第二设定压力范围,调压后的氧气与氮气进入空气调节装置;对密封舱体内的废气进行处理,将废气处理后剩余的氧气和氮气送至空气调节装置;空气调节装置对调压后的氧气与氮气以及剩余的氧气和氮气进行压力和流量调节;将压力和流量调节后的氧气和氮气送至密封舱体;重复上述步骤,实现真空环境下密封舱体的循环供气。应用本发明的技术方案,以解决现有技术中压气机增压比较小无法满足增压比较大应用场合的技术问题。
