The invention provides a skylight assembly line system. The skylight assembly line system comprises a first conveying line, a manipulator and a detection device, wherein the first conveying line is used for conveying different types of skylights for a vehicle body, the detection device is used for detecting whether the skylights on the first conveying line are matched with the vehicle body or not,and the manipulator is used for grabbing the skylights on the first conveying line and conveying the skylights into the vehicle body. Therefore, when various skylights are assembled on the same production line, a plurality of material trucks do not need to be moved to the positions near the vehicle body for standby use, so that the occupied space of the material trucks can be reduced. In addition, the skylights are conveyed to the position near the manipulator through the first conveying line, the skylights can be conveniently grabbed, the skylight matched with the vehicle body can be automatically recognized through detection of the detection device, and the automation degree is improved.
本发明提供了一种天窗装配线系统,天窗装配线系统包括第一输送线、机械手和检测装置,第一输送线用于为车身输送不同品种的天窗,检测装置用于检测第一输送线上的天窗是否与车身匹配,机械手用于抓取第一输送线上的天窗并将天窗输送到车身内。这样在同一生产线装配多种天窗时,不必将多个料车移动到车身附近待用,因此可以减少料车的占用空间,而且,通过第一输送线将天窗输送到机械手附近,可以便于抓取天窗,通过检测装置的检测可以自动识别与车身匹配的天窗,提高自动化程度。
