The invention discloses a three-port vehicle-mounted charger capable of realizing reverse pre-charging. The charger comprises a primary side conversion module, a secondary side first conversion module, a secondary side first conversion module and a controller; the primary side conversion module is connected with a main transformer T1; the secondary side first conversion module and the secondary side second conversion module are connected with the secondary side winding of the main transformer T1; a reverse charging module is connected in series in the output line of the secondary side second conversion module; the reverse charging module can perform reverse charging on the direct current output bus of the secondary side first conversion module or the primary side conversion module. With the three-port vehicle-mounted charger capable of realizing reverse pre-charging adopted, the defects in the prior art are overcome. The three-port vehicle-mounted charger capable of realizing reverse pre-charging is improved on the basis of an original DCDC converter; a reverse pre-charging loop and a forward DCDC share a power device and a power loop, only a small number of devices are added, thesize and cost of the charger are reduced compared with those of an independent pre-charging branch; and the charger is simple in control mode.
