The invention provides an elevator part fault detector based on infrared imaging and visible light image fusion. The elevator part fault detector comprises a shell, a terminal body installed on the shell, an infrared imaging module, a rear cover covering the infrared imaging module and connected with the shell, a lens arranged on the rear cover, an imaging structure and a micro-motion adjusting structure. The infrared imaging module is arranged in the shell and is opposite to the lens; the micro adjustment structure is connected with the lens; the imaging structure comprises a distance measuring assembly and a visible light camera shooting assembly which are installed on the rear cover. The infrared imaging module, the distance measuring assembly and the visible light camera assembly are connected with the terminal body. Visible light images and infrared imaging images of an elevator control cabinet, electrical components of an elevator, cables and the like can be collected and fused,so that the image imaging quality is improved, and a comprehensive, timely and accurate basis is provided for subsequent judgment of elevator fault points and abnormal conditions.

    本发明提供一种基于红外成像与可见光图像融合的电梯部件故障检测仪,包括壳体、安装于壳体上的终端本体、红外成像模块、盖于红外成像模块上并与壳体连接的后盖、设于后盖上的镜头、成像结构以及微动调节结构;红外成像模块安装于壳体中并与镜头相对设置;微动调节结构与镜头连接;成像结构包括测距组件和可见光摄像组件,测距组件和可见光摄像组件分别安装于后盖上;红外成像模块、测距组件和可见光摄像组件分别与终端本体连接。本发明可对电梯控制柜、电梯各部件电气元件以及线缆等进行可见光图像和红外成像图像的采集和融合处理,以提高图像成像的质量,实现为后续电梯故障点和异常情况的判断提供全面、及时和精确的依据。
