The invention discloses an electric-drive four-gear transmission. The electric-drive four-gear transmission comprises an input shaft which sleeves a differential half shaft in an idle manner, the input shaft is fixedly provided with a motor, the motor, the input shaft and the central axis of the differential half shaft are coaxial; two sides of the input shaft are provided with a first intermediate shaft and a second intermediate shaft which are symmetrically arranged, parallel to the input shaft and used for receiving the power transmitted by the input shaft, a differential is arranged between the first intermediate shaft and the second intermediate shaft, the first intermediate shaft is in transmission connection with the input shaft and the differential through an odd transmission group, and the second intermediate shaft is in transmission connection with the input shaft and the differential through an even transmission group. The electric-drive four-gear transmission has the beneficial effects that an output shaft of the differential is coaxially arranged with the input shaft, the longitudinal dimension of the transmission is reduced, and the support of bearings arranged insidea transmission shell body is combined to ensure the overall rigidity; and meanwhile, odd gears and even gears may be alternately combined and disengaged under the cooperation of a synchronizer to avoid power interruption in the gear shifting process.

    本发明揭示了一种电驱四挡变速器,包括空套在差速器半轴上的输入轴,输入轴上固设有一电机,电机、输入轴以及差速器半轴的中轴线共轴;输入轴的两侧设有呈对称结构设置且与其相平行用以接收其传输的动力的中间轴I和中间轴II,中间轴I和中间轴II之间设有一差速器,中间轴I通过奇数传动组与输入轴和差速器传动连接,中间轴II通过偶数传动组与输入轴和差速器传动连接。本发明的有益效果主要体现在:差速器的输出轴与输入轴共轴设置,减小变速器的纵向尺寸,并结合设置在变速器壳体内部的轴承的支持,确保整体的刚性,同时,奇数挡位和偶数挡位可以在同步器的配合下交替结合和脱开,以避免在换挡过程中的动力中断现象。
