The invention discloses a three-speed automatic transmission applied to electric vehicle. The three-speed automatic transmission comprises an input shaft which sleeves a semi-shaft of a differential mechanism in an idling mode, a motor is fixedly arranged on the input shaft, and the motor, the input shaft and the central axis of the semi-shaft of the differential mechanism are coaxial; an intermediate shaft I and an intermediate shaft II which are parallel to the input shaft are arranged on the two sides of the input shaft, the intermediate shaft I and the intermediate shaft II are connected with the differential mechanism in a transmission mode, the intermediate shaft I is connected with the input shaft through a first-speed gear pair in a transmission mode, and the intermediate shaft IIis connected with the input shaft or the differential mechanism through a second-speed gear assembly and a third-speed gear assembly in a transmission mode. The three-speed automatic transmission hasthe beneficial effects that a three-axis arrangement is adopted, thus the axial space is reduced, finally a smaller space demand is provided for the transmission under the premise of the same load-bearing requirements, and the three-speed automatic transmission is suitable for a wider range of vehicles; and meanwhile the semi-shaft of the differential mechanism and the input shaft are coaxial, thelongitudinal dimension of the transmission is reduced, and the support of a bearing arranged in a transmission shell body is combined to ensure the overall rigidity.
本发明揭示了一种应用于电动汽车的三挡自动变速器,包括空套在差速器半轴上的输入轴,输入轴上固设有一电机,电机、输入轴以及差速器半轴的中轴线共轴;输入轴的两侧设有与其平行的中间轴I和中间轴II,中间轴I和中间轴II与差速器传动连接,中间轴I通过一挡齿轮副与输入轴传动连接,中间轴II通过二三挡齿轮组件与输入轴或差速器传动连接。本发明的有益效果主要体现在:采用三轴式布置,进而减小轴向空间,最终为变速器在同样的承载要求的前提下提供更小的空间需求,适用于更广车型;同时,差速器的半轴与输入轴共轴设置,减小变速器的纵向尺寸,并结合设置在变速器壳体内部的轴承的支持,确保整体的刚性。
