The invention discloses a crane jacking mechanism and a working principle thereof. The crane jacking mechanism comprises four jacking devices and a hydraulic system, wherein each jacking device comprises a jacking oil cylinder, two clamping oil cylinders and two claws, a first cylinder body of each jacking oil cylinder is arranged on a crane, and a first main shaft is vertically and downwards arranged below each first cylinder body. Two cylinder bodies of the clamping oil cylinders are symmetrically connected to heads of the first main shafts, second main shafts of every two clamping oil cylinders have opposite orientations and collinear axes, and are perpendicular to the axes of the first main shafts of the jacking oil cylinders, and the second main shafts and the first main shafts constitute a T-shaped structure. Each claw corresponds to one second main shaft, is connected to the end of the corresponding second main shaft, and is used for clamping a track under the drive of the clamping oil cylinders. The hydraulic system is used for controlling and driving the jacking oil cylinders and the clamping oil cylinders to move. The crane jacking mechanism and the working process thereof are safe and stable, the labor intensity is alleviated, and the crane can also be subjected to wind resistance, skid resistance and anchoring.

    本发明公开了一种起重机顶举机构及其工作原理,包括四个顶举装置及液压系统,每个顶举装置包括:一个顶举油缸、两个夹紧油缸和卡爪。顶举油缸的第一缸体设置在起重机上,第一主轴位于第一缸体的下方且竖直向下。夹紧油缸的两个第二缸体对称连接在第一主轴头部,两个夹紧油缸的第二主轴朝向相反、轴线共线,且与顶举油缸的第一主轴轴线垂直,与第一主轴构成T型结构。卡爪的数量为两个,每个卡爪与一个第二主轴相对应,每个卡爪连接在对应的第二主轴的端部,用于在夹紧油缸的驱动下夹紧轨道。液压系统用于控制和驱动顶举油缸和夹紧油缸动作。本发明的起重机顶举机构及其工作过程,安全稳定,减轻了劳动强度,还可以对起重机进行抗风防滑和锚定。
