The device comprises two cross-shaped telescopic components which are symmetrically arranged up and down, the four ends of each cross-shaped telescopic component are of telescopic structures, and a hoisting lug is arranged in the center of the upper surface of the cross-shaped telescopic component located on the upper portion; the four ends of one cross-shaped telescopic component are connected with the four ends of the other cross-shaped telescopic component through four supporting components, and the two ends of each supporting component are connected with the ends, corresponding to each other, of the two cross-shaped telescopic components correspondingly; each supporting component comprises a pair of supporting vertical rods, and the upper portions of the pair of supporting vertical rods are fixedly connected through a connecting transverse rod; and elastic guide ribs parallel to the supporting vertical rods are arranged in the middles of the connecting transverse rods, the lower ends of the elastic guide ribs are connected with rollers through roller supports, and baffles horizontally extending outwards are arranged at the lower ends of the elastic guide ribs.
