The invention discloses an elevator maintenance supervising method based on a multimedia terminal. The elevator maintenance supervising method includes the steps that the multimedia terminal broadcasts a WiFi hotspot to the surrounding in real time, and a dynamic linking password is generated by the WiFi hotspot through an encryption algorithm; an intelligent terminal acquires the encryption algorithm from a management platform; the intelligent terminal calculates the dynamic linking password through the same encryption algorithm and is connected with the multimedia terminal; the intelligent terminal records maintenance process information and sends the maintenance process information to the multimedia terminal, and the multimedia terminal displays the maintenance process information for consulting by elevator passengers; and the intelligent terminal sends the maintenance process information to the management platform under the condition of networking. The maintenance process is supervised in a fully-electronic manner, an employment certificate is provided for the elevator passengers and a supervision department in the maintenance process through the multimedia terminal and the management platform, the supervision effect of related personnel is facilitated, maintenance of an elevator is promoted to develop in the public and transparent direction, and the operating safety of theelevator is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种基于多媒体终端的电梯维保监管方法,包括多媒体终端实时向周围广播WiFi热点,所述WiFi热点采用加密算法生成动态连接密码;智能终端从管理平台获取加密算法;智能终端采用相同的加密算法计算出动态连接密码,与多媒体终端建立连接;智能终端记录维保过程信息并将维保过程信息发送到多媒体终端,多媒体终端显示维保过程信息供乘梯人员查阅;智能终端在联网的情况下将维保过程信息发送给管理平台。本发明采用全电子化的方式进行维保过程监督,维保过程通过多媒体终端和管理平台分别向乘梯人员和监管部门提供工作证明,有利于相关人员的监督效果,推动电梯维保向公开化、透明化方向发展,保障电梯运行的安全。
