The invention provides an integrated gas path combination system. The integrated gas path combination system comprises a force bearing frame, a safety valve, a pressure reducing valve, an inflation valve, a high-pressure electric explosion valve, a high-pressure test port, a high-pressure pressure detection element and a low-pressure pressure detection element, wherein the safety valve, the pressure reducing valve, the inflation valve and the high-pressure electric explosion valve are installed on the force bearing frame. By integrating the force bearing frame, a high-pressure gas cylinder, the safety valve, the pressure reducing valve, the inflation valve, the high-pressure electric explosion valve, the high-pressure test port, the high-pressure pressure detection element and the low-pressure pressure detection element, the independence of the spacecraft gas path system can be improved, final assembly, testing and maintenance of the gas path system are facilitated, the operability ishigh, the limited space of the spacecraft can be effectively utilized, and the outer envelope size of the gas path system is greatly reduced. In the actual production process, the integrated design ofthe spacecraft gas path system is more convenient for mechanical test item assessment, the cost of independent test verification of components is saved, and the economy is high.

    本发明提供了一种集成式气路组合系统,包括:承力架以及安装在承力架上的安全阀、减压阀、充气阀以及高压电爆阀、高压测试口、高压压力检测元件以及低压压力检测元件。本发明中将承力架、高压气瓶、安全阀、减压阀、充气阀、高压电爆阀、高压测试口、高压压力检测元件以及低压压力检测元件集成在一起,能够提高航天器气路系统的独立性,便于进行气路系统的总装、测试及维修,操作性强,还能够有效利用航天器的有限空间,大大减小气路系统外包络尺寸。在实际生产的过程中,航天器气路系统的集成化设计更加便于进行力学试验项目考核,节省了组件单独进行试验验证费用,经济性高。
