The invention discloses a waterway transport robot for temporary rescue. The waterway transport robot comprises a transport robot shell; a storage cavity with an upward opening is formed in the transport robot shell; two working cavities are symmetrically formed in the inner wall of the lower side of the storage cavity front and back with the storage cavity as the center; and a transportation mechanism is arranged in each working cavity. According to the invention, when external equipment conditions are insufficient, the transport robot as temporary use has good emergency performance. Throughthe mode of manual arrangement of a cable track and with the cooperation of a buoyancy film, a large number of goods and materials can be conveniently conveyed through little manpower, and labor is saved. conveying is conducted linearly through the straightened cable rail, the speed is high, collision or clamping is not likely to happen, and the stability is good; with the air inflation function, the buoyancy film can be inflated automatically; the pressure is controllable, and the use is convenient and rapid.
