The invention provides a prompt lamp control method and system, a readable storage medium and a vehicle. The left side and the right side of the vehicle are provided with a detection radar and an outside rearview mirror with a prompt lamp respectively. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining detection information obtained by detecting a moving target on the side where the detection radar is located through the detection radar, wherein the detection information comprises the relative speed and the relative distance between the moving target and the vehicle; determining a preset prompt level corresponding to the moving target according to the relative speed and the relative distance; and controlling the prompt lamp on the side where the moving target is located to carry out lightening prompt according to a preset lightening mode corresponding to the preset prompt level. The prompt lamp is lightened in different lightening modes to form different levels of safety prompts, so that a driver can know more information of the moving target in the blind area from the different lightening modes of the prompt lamp, and the safety prompt effect is improved.
