The invention discloses a lightweight automobile cruise swing arm. The swing arm comprises a swing arm body, a connecting shaft and a swing shaft, the connecting shaft and the swing shaft are fixedlyconnected to the surface of the swing arm body from top to bottom. The swing shaft is located at the upper end portion of the swing arm body and is perpendicularly and fixedly connected with the swingarm body. The connecting shaft is located in the middle of the swing arm body, and a mounting hole is formed in the joint of the connecting shaft and the swing arm body. The connecting shaft comprises a shaft body, a connecting disc, a mounting base and reinforcing bolts, the connecting disc is located on one side of the swing arm body and is connected with the mounting hole in an inserted mode,the mounting base is located on the other side of the swing arm body and fixedly connected with the connecting disc, threaded holes are formed in the surface of the connecting disc, and fixing holes in one-to-one correspondence with the threaded holes are formed in the surface of the mounting base. A triangular mounting hole and an annularly-distributed via hole are formed in the surface of the swing arm body, and are matched with the connecting disc with the triangular-prism-shaped fixing shaft and the mounting base, so the connecting stability and structural strength of the connecting shaftand the swing arm body are improved.
