When the object is pushed by a pushing angle to the rear end and inclines along with vibration generated in the process that the object rises along with equipment, abutting and wrapping are conducted through the inclined force, a clamping ball is dragged by a main supporting plate to rotate along the middle end of a middle force body, and an internal core pressing angle is extruded by a certain force and is in a compressed state; and when the whole automatic guiding forklift rotates to a certain angle, the automatic guiding forklift can be fixed by a clamping opening, the rotating range is limited, the automatic guiding forklift can be supported in a layered mode when the area of the object is smaller than the interval of supporting rods, the contact position is increased, and the automatic guiding forklift can be smoothly placed.
本发明公开了一种工程运行自动导向叉车,其结构包括主控机、升托箱、顶封卡、主移杆、延力托架,主控机安装于主移杆外表面,升托箱设于主控机上方,其物体将置于上托板上,通过底端的下托块托住上侧抵触的力,来托住下托块上方的上托板,让之间的中力球起到缓冲的效果,由向推角在后端的推动时,能够在物体跟随设备上升的过程中,所产生的震动有所倾斜时,通过倾斜的力进行抵触兜附,让主托板拖动卡位球顺着中力体的中端转动,让内部的压芯角得到一定力的挤压,呈压缩状态,当整体转动到一定角度时,将会被卡凹口固定住,限制了转动的范围,能够在物体的面积小于托杆的间隔时,将其分层托开,增大接触的部位,让其能够顺利的放置。
