The invention provides a system for monitoring the health state of an escalator used in a rail transit station. The system comprises an on-site data acquisition terminal which is used for acquiring running state data information of a plurality of escalator components in the escalator in a running state in real time, a terminal network subsystem connected with the on-site data acquisition terminalsand used for receiving running state data information from the on-site data acquisition terminals and a fault diagnosis system used for acquiring the running state data information, analyzing the running state data information to determine fault early warning grading structures corresponding to the running states of the escalator components and generating corresponding fault early warning information according to the fault early warning grading results. According to the system and the method, the maintenance work of the escalator is facilitated in time, the fault or running risk of the escalator is effectively eliminated in time, and the reliability and safety of the running of the escalator in the rail transit station are improved.

    本发明提供了一种轨道交通车站中使用的扶梯的健康状态监测系统,包括:现场数据采集终端,用于实时采集于运行状态的扶梯中多个扶梯部件的运行状态数据信息;终端网络子系统,与多个所述现场数据采集终端连接,接收来自多个所述现场数据采集终端的运行状态数据信息;以及故障诊断系统,用于获取所述运行状态数据信息,对所述运行状态数据信息进行分析确定所述扶梯部件的运行状态对应的故障预警分级结构,并根据该故障预警分级结果生成相应的故障预警信息。本发明有利于及时进行扶梯的维保工作,及时有效地排除扶梯的故障或运行风险,提高了轨道交通车站内扶梯运行的可靠性和安全性。
