An electric power steering system of a heavy truck comprises a power-assisted motor, a planetary roller screw, a speed reducer, a sector gear, a swing shaft, a sensor, a controller, a steering swing arm, a transmission shaft and a steering wheel. The power-assisted motor can be connected with the planetary roller screw through the speed reducer and can also be directly connected with the planetaryball screw, the planetary ball screw is further connected with the sector gear, and the sector gear is installed on the swing shaft. The reducer output shaft is connected with a steering wheel through a transmission shaft. The planetary roller screw comprises a screw body, a roller, a nut, a sensor, a gear ring, a retainer and an elastic check ring. A plurality of pin rollers are arranged betweenthe lead screw and the nut. Outer gear structures are arranged at the two ends of the pin rollers, and the pin rollers are meshed with inner teeth of the gear ring through the outer gear structures.The two ends of the pin roller are connected with the retainer respectively, and an elastic check ring is arranged on the outer side of the retainer and arranged in a clamp spring groove of the nut. The controller is connected with the driving motor through a wire. The working efficiency is high, noise pollution is small, and the phenomena of air leakage and liquid leakage are avoided; the safetyand the reliability are high; the system has a wide application prospect.

    一种重卡电动助力转向系统,包括助力电机、行星滚柱丝杠、减速器、扇形齿轮,摆动轴、传感器、控制器、转向摆臂、传动轴和方向盘。助力电机即可通过减速器与行星滚柱丝杠相连,也可直接与行星滚珠丝杠相连,行星滚珠丝杠又与扇形齿轮相连,扇形齿轮安装在摆动轴上;减速器输出轴通过传动轴与方向盘相连。行星滚柱丝杠包括丝杠、滚柱、螺母、传感器、齿圈、保持架和弹性挡圈。丝杠与螺母间设有若干滚柱。滚柱两端设有外齿轮结构,滚柱通过外齿轮结构与齿圈内齿相啮合。滚柱两端分别与保持架相连,保持架外侧设有弹性挡圈,弹性挡圈设于螺母的卡簧槽中。控制器通过导线与驱动电机相连。本发明工作效率高,噪音污染小,无漏气、漏液现象;安全性和可靠性高;应用前景广。
