On the premise of not being influenced by ambient light illuminance, wind and rain shadows andthe like, high-beam headlight violation forecasting can be accurately carried out, the accuracy is high, and the practicability is high.

    本发明涉及一种机动车远光违章检测方法及装置,属于智能交通领域。该方法为:设机动车灯光照射时,辐射角度的分布包括水平线上方的正角分布和在水平线下方的负角分布;近光照射时,辐射角度的分布仅在水平线下方,即为负角分布;当辐射角度的为正角度时,检测为远光照射;当辐射角度的角度为负角度时,检测为近光照射。本发明能够在不受环境光照度、风雨阴影等影响的前提下,准确进行远光灯违章测报,准确度高,实用性强。
