The invention discloses a layering and sectioning installation method for a large-span spherical-crown-shaped net rack structure. The method comprises the steps of layering a spherical-crown-shaped net rack according to the height and span of the spherical-crown-shaped net rack, and dividing each layer of net rack into a plurality of equally-divided net rack assembly units; assembling the net rackassembling units according to design requirements; hoisting the first-section net rack assembling unit, then extending to the two sides with the first-section net rack assembling unit as the center to install all unit net racks of the layer to form an annular whole, and correcting and fastening the whole net rack of the layer; and sequentially and upwards completing all layers of net racks by adopting the same method, so that the spherical crown-shaped net rack integral structure is formed. By means of the method, many construction cost and high-altitude operation safety problems caused by construction of the spherical-crown-shaped net rack structure are well solved, net rack modules are assembled on the ground, the installation precision is ensured, the number of used machines of large hoisting machinery is reduced, and the safety risk of high-altitude operation of workers is reduced. The layering and sectioning installation method is particularly suitable for the large-span spherical-crown-shaped net rack structure with a splicing site.

    本发明公开了一种大跨度球冠形网架结构分层分段安装方法,先根据球冠形网架的高度、跨度对球冠形网架进行分层,再将每层网架分成若干等分的网架组装单元;按照设计要求拼装网架组装单元;吊装第一段网架组装单元,然后以第一段网架组装单元为中心,依次向两侧延伸安装该层所有的单元网架,使其形成环形整体,并对该层网架进行整体矫正紧固;采用相同的方法,依次向上完成所有层网架的安装,使其形成球冠形网架整体结构。该方法很好地解决了球冠形网架结构施工造成的诸多施工成本及高空作业安全难题,网架模块在地面组装,确保了安装精度,减少了大型吊装机械的使用台班,还降低了工人高空作业的安全风险。尤为适用于具备拼装场地的大跨度球冠形网架结构。
