The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, in particular to a new-type elevator cage frame, which solves the shortcomings of low installation accuracy, high noise and low safety in theprior art. The new-type elevator cage frame includes top beams, bottom beams and column beams; the top beam and the bottom beam are respectively provided with a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove arranged symmetrically; the two ends of the column beam are fixed inside the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove by bolts, and side wing plates are fixedly connected to one side of the column beams; a slide bar is arranged on one side of the side wing plate; and a push plate is welded to the end of the slide bar. Through the configuration of structures such as a firstpositioning cone surface, a second positioning cone surface, a third positioning cone surface and a fourth positioning cone surface, the elevator cage frame is divided into the top beams, the bottombeams and the column beams; the three beams can be accurately positioned when connected and installed by using the corresponding positioning cone surfaces; and therefore, on the one hand, the structures can ensure that the cage is not tilted, on the other hand, the loosening of parts can be avoided.

    本发明涉及电梯技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型电梯轿架,解决现有技术中存在安装精度低、噪声大、安全性低的缺点,包括顶梁、底梁以及立柱梁,所述顶梁和底梁上分别开设有对称布置的第一安装槽和第二安装槽,所述立柱梁的两端通过螺栓固定在所述第一安装槽和第二安装槽的内部,且立柱梁的一侧均固定连接有侧翼板,所述侧翼板的一侧滑动设置有滑杆,所述滑杆的端部焊接有推板,通过第一定位锥面、第二定位锥面、第三定位锥面以及第四定位锥面等结构的设置,电梯的轿架分为顶梁、底梁和立柱梁,利用相对应的定位锥面使三个梁体在连接安装时能够精准定位,一方面可以确保轿厢不会倾斜,另一方面可以避免零部件松动。
