The invention discloses a fixing device for a down-hanging scaffold. The fixing device comprises a scaffold connecting piece, a U-shaped clamping groove, an L-shaped movable clamping piece forming anobtuse angle and an anti-skid clamping block. Aiming at the segmentation characteristics of luxurious cruise ships, the construction efficiency of a cruise ship is improved; the construction cost is low, the structure is simple, transportation, disassembly and assembly are convenient, specific specification parameters can be adjusted according to actual conditions, and flexibility is good; and a flat-bulb steel structure is adopted, so that the actual application range is wide.
