The invention relates to a high-reliability underground unmanned reversing image device. The device is composed of a communication system, a power supply system, a video system and a transmission system. Industrial CPE is used in the communication system, so that the communication system has high-bandwidth and low-delay data transmission capability; and the power supply system comprises a generator rare earth permanent magnet generator and a UPS uninterrupted power supply, the generator can stably output under the condition of low revolution, the requirement for low running speed of an underground electric locomotive is met, power can be supplied to equipment under the condition of self-sufficiency, and the problem that wiring cannot be conducted due to the fact that the distance between alocomotive head and a locomotive tail is too long is solved. The video system provided by the invention supports the functions of low illumination, high strong light suppression, electronic anti-shake and the like, has multiple white balance modes, and is suitable for various scene requirements; and the transmission system is driven by a belt consisting of a belt pulley and a belt, or driven by ashaft consisting of a gear and a transmission shaft, or driven by a chain consisting of a gear and a chain.

    本发明是一种高可靠井下无人驾驶倒车影像装置,由通信系统、供电系统、视频系统和传动系统构成。本发明涉及的通信系统中使用工业级的CPE,具有高带宽、低延时的数据传输能力;本发明涉及的供电系统中含有发电机稀土永磁发电机和UPS不间断电源两部分,发电机可以在低转数情况下稳定输出,满足井下电机车运行速度低的需求,可以在自给自足的情况下给设备供电,解决了车头与车尾距离过远无法布线的问题。本发明涉及的视频系统支持低照度、高强光抑制,电子防抖等功能,同时具有多种白平衡模式,适合各种场景需求;本发明涉及的传动系统通过皮带轮和皮带组成的皮带传动或通过齿轮和传动轴组成的轴传动或通过齿轮与链条组成的链进行传动。
