The invention discloses a calibration parameter optimization method for a whole vehicle controller of a hybrid power bus, and relates to the technical field of hybrid power automobiles. The method mainly comprises the following five steps: selecting a whole vehicle constraint boundary and calibration response, calculating theoretical oil consumption per hundred kilometers based on average comprehensive energy transfer efficiency, making a whole vehicle energy management strategy based on optimal control of an engine, optimizing calibration parameters according to an energy management strategyframework, and determining a one-dimensional calibration parameter feasible area. The relationship between the calibration parameters of the vehicle control unit and the economy of the vehicle is fully considered; a whole vehicle energy management strategy framework is deeply analyzed; according to the framework, the calibration parameters of the vehicle control unit are optimized, the feasible areas of all the calibration parameters are determined through a method of combining theoretical analysis and experience, and the method is beneficial for quickly optimizing the calibration parameters of the vehicle control unit of the hybrid power bus, reducing the range of the feasible areas of the calibration parameters and shortening the research and development period of the vehicle control unit.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力客车整车控制器标定参数优选方法,涉及混合动力汽车技术领域。方法主要包括选择整车约束边界和标定响应、基于平均综合能量传递效率求出百公里理论油耗、制定基于发动机最优控制的整车能量管理策略、根据能量管理策略构架优选标定参数、确定一维标定参数可行域五个步骤。充分考虑整车控制器标定参数与整车经济性的关系,深入分析整车能量管理策略构架,根据该构架优选出整车控制器标定参数,并通过理论分析与经验相结合的方法确定各标定参数可行域,该方法有利于快速优选混合动力客车整车控制器标定参数,减小标定参数可行域范围,缩短整车控制器的研发周期。
