The invention belongs to the technical field of tire monitoring, and particularly relates to a tire monitoring management system and a usage method thereof. The tire monitoring management system comprises a tire embedding device, an infrared sensing device, a data processing device, a vehicle-arranged display device and a central processing unit; the tire embedding device, the infrared induction device, the data processing device and the vehicle-arranged display device are wirelessly connected with the central processing unit, and the data processing device is connected with the infrared induction device through an electric wire; the tire embedding device is arranged on the inner side of a vehicle tire and used for inputting information of the tire and a vehicle. In the present invention,a plurality of embedded tire recognition chips are arranged on the inner side of a tire; the scanner is used for scanning the multiple embedded tire recognition chips and transmitting scanning resultsto the central processing unit, so that an enterprise can conveniently supervise tires. Meanwhile, the tires can be prevented from being lost, the service life and the use condition of the tires canbe recorded, and the real-time tire monitoring efficiency is improved.

    本发明属于轮胎监控技术领域,具体的说是一种轮胎监控管理系统及其使用方法,包括轮胎内嵌装置、红外感应装置、数据处理装置和车载显示装置和中央处理器;所述轮胎内嵌装置、红外感应装置、数据处理装置和车载显示装置分别与中央处理器无线连接,且数据处理装置与红外感应装置之间通过电线连接;所述轮胎内嵌装置安装在车辆轮胎的内侧,轮胎内嵌装置用于录入轮胎与车辆的信息;本发明中,通过在轮胎的内侧设置有多个内嵌式轮胎识别芯片,利用扫描器对多个内嵌式轮胎识别芯片进行扫描,并将扫描结果传输至中央处理器中,便于企业对轮胎进行监管,同时,能够避免轮胎丢失,且能够对轮胎的使用寿命和使用情况进行记录,提高轮胎实时监控的效率。
