An electric automobile charging-discharging system according to the present invention comprises: a charging-discharging unit (122) that is capable of charging a storage battery installed in an electric vehicle, and that is also capable of discharging said storage battery; a first communication unit (121) that, when the charging-discharging unit (122) is connected to an electric vehicle, acquires from the electric vehicle a vehicle ID number for the electric vehicle and a possible discharge capacity value indicating the amount of power that can be discharged by the storage battery; and a display unit (111) that displays the vehicle ID number and possible discharge capacity value acquired by the first communication unit (121).
