The invention relates to a traffic bottleneck prediction method and system based on congestion diffusion and electronic equipment. The method comprises the following steps: step a, acquiring historical road condition data of all roads in a traffic network structure, and evaluating road conditions according to the historical road condition data; step b, based on the road condition evaluation result, constructing a congestion diffusion state transfer matrix by utilizing space-time correlation; and step c, utilizing the sub-modality of the congestion diffusion state transition matrix, and adopting a greedy algorithm to search a node which has the greatest influence on the traffic state in the traffic network structure to obtain a traffic bottleneck prediction result. Traffic jam propagation is predicted in real time based on the jam diffusion model of traffic jam spatial-temporal correlation, and on this basis, traffic bottleneck prediction is performed by using an influence maximizationtheory in a specific traffic network jam state, so that the purpose of discovering dynamically changing traffic bottlenecks in real time in a complex traffic environment is achieved.
本申请涉及一种基于拥堵扩散的交通瓶颈预测方法、系统及电子设备。所述方法包括:步骤a:采集交通路网网络结构中所有道路的历史路况数据,并根据所述历史路况数据对道路路况进行评估;步骤b:基于所述道路路况评估结果,利用时空相关性构建拥堵扩散状态转移矩阵;步骤c:利用所述拥堵扩散状态转移矩阵的子模性,采用贪心算法寻找所述交通路网网络结构中对交通状态影响最大的节点,得到交通瓶颈预测结果。本申请基于交通拥堵时空相关性的拥堵扩散模型对交通拥堵传播进行实时预测,在此基础上在特定交通路网拥堵状态下,利用影响最大化理论进行交通瓶颈预测,实现了在复杂交通环境下实时发现动态变化的交通瓶颈的目的。
