The invention discloses an icing wind tunnel test method for full-size propeller blades. The blade tips of the full-size blades are cut off in the length direction, so that the full-size blades can adapt to the size of a wind tunnel; the blades are vertically mounted on a wind tunnel turntable, chord lines on cut sections are adjusted to be parallel to a wind tunnel horizontal line, so that the mounting angles of the blades can be determined; an initial included angle between the chord line of each section and a blade angle chord line is deducted according to test requirements, so that the actual rotating angle of each blade can be obtained. With the method of the invention adopted, a feasible method is provided for a full-size propeller icing wind tunnel test, meanwhile, the problem thatangle positioning cannot be carried out on full-size propeller blades in a wind tunnel is solved; and if angles cannot be determined, related tests cannot be carried out.

    本发明公开了一种全尺寸螺旋桨桨叶结冰风洞试验方法。首先将全尺寸桨叶叶尖在长度方向上进行截断以适应风洞尺寸大小,其次将桨叶竖直安装于风洞转盘上并将截断剖面上的弦线与风洞水平线调节平行,从而确定桨叶的安装角,然后根据试验需求扣除截面弦线与桨叶角弦线的初始夹角获得桨叶实际转动角度。本发明为全尺寸螺旋桨结冰风洞试验提供了一种可行方法,同时也解决了目前在全尺寸螺旋桨桨叶无法在风洞中进行角度定位的问题,如果无法确定角度,就无法开展相关试验。
