The invention discloses a helicopter moving part vibration monitoring data validity evaluation method. According to the method, value extraction is carried out on vibration acceleration signals collected by a monitoring system of an existing helicopter; a series of data monitoring is performed on characteristic values; the effectiveness data of the characteristic values can be obtained; the vibration acceleration signal are screened through the effectiveness data; effective vibration monitoring data are selected; a fault can be judged according to the effective vibration monitoring data. The evaluation method disclosed by the invention is embedded into the airborne data acquisition of a monitoring system used by the helicopter so as to improve the effectiveness of the acquired data; the method can be suitable for the effectiveness evaluation of the vibration acceleration data of different measuring points, and is high in universality; reliable data are provided for helicopter moving part fault diagnosis and fault prediction algorithms; and the credibility of fault diagnosis and fault prediction accuracy is improved.

    一种直升机动部件振动监测数据有效性评估方法,通过对现有直升机的监测系统采集到的振动加速度信号进行特征值提取,并对所述特征值进行一系列的数据监测,最后得出其有效性数据,通过所述有效性数据对所述振动加速度信号进行筛选,最后选择出有效的振动监测数据,在根据此判断故障;本发明所述的评估方法嵌入到直升机使用监测系统的机载数据采集中,可以提高所采集数据的有效性,能够适用于不同测点振动加速度数据有效性评估,通用性强;为直升机动部件故障诊断、故障预测算法提供可靠地数据,提高故障诊断、故障预测准确率的可信度。
