The invention discloses a buoyancy compartment of a ballast water system for ocean exploration equipment, belongs to the technical field of ocean exploration equipment, and aims to solve the problem that a shooting visual field is blocked due to the fact that sludge and floating objects are easy to accumulate on the camera of an existing buoyancy compartment. The buoyancy compartment of the ballast water system for the ocean exploration equipment comprises a buoyancy tank cabin, a servo motor and a transmission shaft; the buoyancy tank cabin comprises center supporting columns and an air inletpipe; the buoyancy tank cabin is of a cylindrical structure; the two center supporting columns are symmetrically welded to the upper end face and the lower end face of the buoyancy tank cabin; the head ends of the two center supporting columns are each provided with a semicircular flow guide cover in a welded and supported mode; a vertical supporting hanging shaft is welded to the bottom of the lower semicircular flow guide cover; the vertical supporting hanging shaft is located to the left side of the servo motor; and the bottom section of the vertical supporting hanging shaft is sleeved with a swing plate in a rotating mode. Eight cutting pieces at the upper portion and the lower portion of the buoyancy compartment can rotate at a high speed to cut off algae wound around the buoyancy tank cabin, so that the lifting failure of the buoyancy tank cabin caused by the entanglement of the buoyancy tank cabin by the algae can be avoided.
