The invention relates to a deep sea laminated spiral pressure-resistant shell device and a manufacturing process thereof. The pressure-resistant shell device comprises a plurality of body spiral layers which are sequentially laminated and arranged in a sleeving mode; the body spiral layers are coaxially arranged, that is, the body spiral layers take the same center line serves as the central axis;the diameters of the body spiral layers are gradually decreased along the direction of the central axis; each body spiral layer is cylindrical; the cylindrical column walls of the body spiral layersare arranged in a wavy manner; spiral reinforcing pipes are arranged in cavities formed by the adjacent body spiral layers respectively, and the contact positions of the spiral reinforcing pipes and the adjacent body spiral layers are the positions, protruding towards the central axis, of the body spiral layers. The pressure resistance of the device is improved to a certain extent, and meanwhile,manufacturing cost is reduced.
