The invention provides an automobile body threshold beam structure and a hydrogen energy automobile. The automobile body threshold beam structure comprises a side surrounding outer plate, a side surrounding inner plate, a connecting plate and a metal section; the bottom of the connecting plate is matched with the top of the metal section and fixedly connected with the metal section through a structural adhesive; the thickness of the structural adhesive between the connecting plate and the metal section is not less than 3mm; the side surrounding outer plate is arranged in a bent mode; the lowerend of the side surrounding outer plate is fixedly connected with the outer end of the connecting plate; the side surrounding inner plate is arranged in a bent mode; the lower end of the side surrounding inner plate is fixedly connected with the inner end of the connecting plate; the upper end of the side surrounding outer plate is fixedly connected with the upper end of the side surrounding inner plate; and therefore, the side surrounding outer plate, the side surrounding inner plate and the connecting plate form a closed cavity on the section of the automobile body threshold beam structureand are made of carbon fiber composite materials. According to the automobile body threshold beam structure and the hydrogen energy automobile of the invention, the thickness of an adhesive layer is increased, so that relative tiny deformation caused by the difference of thermal expansion coefficients of carbon fibers and aluminum alloy can be absorbed, and the stability of the connection betweenthe carbon fibers and the metal material is improved.

    本发明提供一种车身门槛梁结构及氢能汽车,车身门槛梁结构包括侧围外板、侧围内板、连接板以及金属型材;连接板底部与金属型材顶部相适配且通过结构胶固定连接,连接板与金属型材之间的结构胶的厚度不小于3mm,侧围外板呈弯折状设置,下端与连接板外端固定连接,侧围内板呈弯折状设置,下端与连接板内端固定连接,侧围外板上端与侧围内板上端固定连接,以使侧围外板、侧围内板与连接板在截面上形成密闭空腔,侧围外板、侧围内板和连接板的材质为碳纤维复合材料。本发明提出的技术方案的有益效果是:通过适当增大胶层厚度,可吸收碳纤维和铝合金之间热膨胀系数差异造成的相对微小变形,提高碳纤维和金属材质连接的稳定性。
