The invention provides a control system of a CO2 refrigerant air conditioner for a locomotive. The control system comprises a control box body, a first control module, an air conditioner execution module and a temperature acquisition module, wherein the first control module, the air conditioner execution module and the temperature acquisition module are arranged in the control box body; the outputend of the temperature acquisition module is connected with the input end of the first control module; the output end of the first control module is connected with the input end of the air conditioner execution module; the temperature acquisition module acquires a temperature signal in the locomotive and sends the temperature signal to the first control module; and the first control module receives the temperature signal sent by the temperature acquisition module, processes the temperature signal, sends an instruction to the air conditioner execution module and controls the air conditioner execution module to act to adjust the temperature. The control module, the air conditioner execution module and the temperature collection module are integrated in the control box, so that scattered devices are integrated together, the space of the CO2 refrigerant air conditioning system is reduced, and the space utilization rate of the control system of the air conditioning unit is increased.
