The invention discloses a tire precision calibration system based on an ultrasonic radar. The tire precision calibration system comprises the ultrasonic radar, a wheel speed sensor and an MCU processor; and the ultrasonic radar and the wheel speed sensor are connected with the MCU processor. A calibration method comprises the following steps that: a vertical baffle perpendicular to the ground is arranged on the flat ground; a to-be-calibrated vehicle reverses to the vertical baffle at a constant speed, the ultrasonic radar records the distance D between the vehicle and the vertical baffle in real time, and the wheel speed sensor records the wheel pulse number N of the vehicle; when the vehicle stops at a distance of 30cm from the vertical baffle, the MCU processor performs processing and analysis and extracts the initial value D1 and the final value D2 of the distance D and corresponding wheel pulse numbers N1 and N2; tire pulse precision E can be calculated according to an equation that E=-D/-N= (D1-D2)/(N1-N2), and tire perimeter C can be calculated according to an equation that C=P*E, wherein P is the number of wheel pulses per turn of the tire; and obtained data about E and C are recorded. The method is simple in operation, guarantees automatic parking precision, shortens a tire precision calibration period, reduces labor cost, and improves customer satisfaction.

    本发明公开了一种基于超声波雷达的轮胎精度标定系统,包括超声波雷达、轮速传感器及MCU处理器;所述超声波雷达、轮速传感器与MCU处理器连接;所述标定方法包括如下过程:在一平整地面上设置垂直于地面的竖挡板;待标定车辆向竖挡板匀速倒车,超声波雷达实时记录车辆与竖挡板之间的距离D,轮速传感器记录车辆的轮脉冲数N;当车辆距离竖挡板30cm时停车,MCU处理器进行处理分析,提取距离D的初始值D1和最终值D2,及对应的轮脉冲数N1、N2;轮胎脉冲精度E=∆D/∆N=(D1‑D2)/(N1‑N2),轮胎周长C=P*E,P为轮胎每转一圈的轮脉冲数;记录所得E和C的数据。本方法操作简单,确保自动泊车精度,减少轮胎精度标定周期和人力成本,提高客户满意度。
