The invention discloses an electric vehicle air conditioner heater control method based on three CAN buses. A first CAN bus, a second CAN bus and a third CAN bus are arranged in an electric vehicle; the electric vehicle further comprises a vehicle control unit, an air conditioner controller, a heater controller, a first signal conversion module and a second signal conversion module; the air conditioner controller sends air conditioner heater starting request information to the vehicle control unit through the first signal conversion module; the air conditioner controller sends air conditionerheater starting request information to the vehicle control unit through the second signal conversion module; and the vehicle controller carries out joint verification on the received air conditioner heater starting request information; and if the joint verification is passed, the heater controller is controlled to start an air conditioner heater.
