The invention provides an edge and end face edge sealing method for an automobile front windshield and the automobile front windshield. The automobile front windshield comprises two layers of glass substrates, a space between the two layers of glass substrates is filled with a plastic resin film, a low-radiation infrared reflection nano film is deposited and attached to the surface, close to the plastic resin film, of each glass substrate, and the method comprises the following steps that the front windshield is erected to a final inspection procedure station; a plastic resin film protruding out of the end face of the edge of the glass substrate is removed; the front windshield is moved into a sheet discharging table in a drying chamber to be inspected; an acrylate coating is coated on theend surface of the corresponding plastic resin film; the coating is subjected to uniform trowelling by using a scraper; and the front windshield falls off from the sheet discharging table. The methodhas the beneficial effects that a transparent high-temperature-resistant waterproof film is formed on the end surface of the edge of the laminated glass subjected to edge sealing, so that the critical problems that a functional layer of a low-radiation infrared reflection nano-film is oxidized, the radiance is greatly increased, and the film layer loses the effects of energy conservation, environmental protection, attractiveness and the like are prevented.

    本申请提供一种汽车前挡玻璃的边缘端面封边方法及汽车前挡玻璃,汽车前挡玻璃包括两层玻璃基片,两层玻璃基片之间填充塑性树脂胶片,玻璃基片靠近塑性树脂胶片的表面沉积附着低辐射红外反射纳米膜,包括以下步骤:将前挡玻璃上架至终检工序工位;去除突出于玻璃基片边缘端面的塑性树脂胶片;将前挡玻璃移入干燥室内的下片台上进行检验;将丙烯酸酯型涂料涂在对应塑性树脂胶片的端面上;用刮刀将涂料均匀抹平;将前挡玻璃由下片台落架。本申请的有益效果是:封边后的夹层玻璃边缘端面形成一层透明的耐高温防水膜,防止造成低辐射红外反射纳米膜的功能层氧化,辐射率大幅升高,使膜层失去节能、环保、美观作用等致命问题。
