The invention discloses a power peak value adjusting system and method for a railway traction substation. The system comprises a power fusion device, a control device and an energy dispatching management device. The power fusion device is arranged in a traction substation and comprises an AC-DC-AC converter and an energy storage device. The control device is used for adjusting the operation stateof the power fusion device; the energy dispatching management device is used for obtaining the current load power value of the traction substation. When the current load power value is smaller than the preset power peak value maximum value, a first instruction signal is outputted to the control device to control the power fusion device to absorb electric energy from the traction network to the energy storage device; and when the current load power value is greater than the maximum value of the preset power peak value, a second instruction signal is outputted to the control device to control energy storage device to release the electric energy to the traction network so as to reduce the real-time output power of the traction substation. The power peak value of the traction substation is reduced through peak clipping and valley filling so that the maximum load demand of the substation is reduced and the railway operation cost is saved.

    本申请公开了一种铁路牵引变电所的功率峰值调节系统和方法,该系统包括功率融通装置、控制装置和能量调度管理装置;功率融通装置设于牵引变电所,包括交直交变流器以及储能装置;控制装置用于调节功率融通装置的运行状态;能量调度管理装置用于获取牵引变电所的当前负荷功率值,在当前负荷功率值小于预设功率峰值最大值时输出第一指令信号至控制装置,以控制功率融通装置从牵引网中吸收电能至储能装置,在当前负荷功率值大于预设功率峰值最大值时输出第二指令信号至控制装置,以控制储能装置向牵引网释放电能而降低牵引变电所的实时输出功率。本申请通过削峰填谷降低了牵引变电所的功率峰值,进而减小变电所负荷最大需量,节省了铁路运营成本。
