The invention relates to a mounting method of a high-pole lamp wire distributer. The mounting method comprises the steps that a flexible connecting piece is selected, and the length of the flexible connecting piece is not smaller than the length of a pole of the high-pole lamp; a substrate section is placed flat, then, the flexible connecting piece is arranged in the substrate section in an interpenetrating manner, the right end of the flexible connecting piece penetrates through a relatively small end of the substrate section, and the left end of the flexible connecting piece penetrates through an electrical access door on the substrate section; a pole section in socket connection with the substrate section is connected with the relatively small end of the substrate section in a sleevingmanner, and the right end of the flexible connecting piece penetrates through a relatively small end of the pole section; step 3 is repeated till socket connection of all follow-up pole sections is achieved, and the right end of the flexible connecting piece penetrates through a relatively small end of a finally connected pole section; and a main steel wire on the wire distributer is fixed to a right end stretching part of the flexible connecting piece, then, and a left end stretching part of the flexible connecting piece is dragged. Through adoption of the mounting method of the high-pole lamp wire distributer, penetration of the steel wires in the high-pole lamp is facilitated, and mounting efficiency of the high-pole lamp is improved.
本发明涉及一种高杆灯分绳器安装方法。选取一根柔性连接件,柔性连接件的长度不小于高杆灯灯杆的长度;将基座节平放,然后将柔性连接件穿设在基座节内,柔性连接件的右端从基座节尺寸较小的端口穿出、左端从基座节上的电气检修门穿出;将与基座节套接的灯杆节套接在基座节尺寸较小的一端,并将柔性连接件的右端从该灯杆节的尺寸较小的端口穿出;重复步骤S3,直至完成后续所有灯杆节的套接,并将柔性连接件的右端从最后套接的灯杆节尺寸较小的端口穿出;将分绳器上的主钢丝绳与柔性连接件的右端伸出部分固定,然后拉拽柔性连接件的左端伸出部分。通过采用本发明的高杆灯分绳器安装方法,方便了高杆灯内钢丝绳的穿设,提高了高杆灯的安装效率。
