Proposed now is the following scheme, the system comprisestwo groups of LED light sources which are arranged in parallel, the output ends of the two groups of LED light sources are provided with two groups of collimating light path lens systems which are arranged in parallel; the output ends of the two groups of collimation light path lens systems are respectively provided with a focusing system, the output ends of the two groups of focusing systems areprovided with the same display chip DMD, the light emitting angles of the two groups of LED light sources are distributed in a +/-90-degree solid angle range according to Gaussian distribution, and the two groups of light sources irradiate different areas of the DMD chip. According to the invention, the equipment investment cost is reduced, and the installation difficulty is reduced; the free-form surface lens is simple in light path, compact in structure, free of mold opening; the system is easy in light path alignment, convenient to adjust, capable of greatly saving research and developmentand production cost and production efficiency, capable of adjusting the focusing degree of two paths of light rays according to needs, capable of adjusting the size of patterns after light ray projection and suitable for different occasions.

    本发明属于汽车灯技术领域,尤其是一种DLP汽车智能大灯光源系统,现提出如下方案,包括两组平行设置的LED光源,两组所述LED光源的输出端设置有两组平行设置的准直光路透镜系统,两组所述准直光路透镜系统的输出端均设置有聚焦系统,两组所述聚焦系统的输出端设置同一个显示芯片DMD,两组所述LED光源发光的角度均按高斯分布在±90°的立体角范围内,两组光源照射到DMD芯片的不同区域。本发明降低设备投入成本,降低安装难度,使得光路简单、结构紧凑、不需要开模的自由曲面镜片,光路对准容易,调节方便,可大大节约研发和生产成本、生产效率,同时根据需要调整两路光线的聚焦程度,从而给调节光线投射后的图案大小,适合不同场合使用。
