The platform comprises a base, base stabilization devices, locking universal wheels, first hydraulic rods, a shear fork set, a main operation platform body and extension operation platforms. The periphery of the base is connected with the base stabilization devices through hinges separately, the bottoms of the base stabilization devices are provided with supporting plates, and movable chambers are formed in the left and right sides of the base respectively. The locking universal wheels are arranged in the movablechambers, the tops of the locking universal wheels are connected with the first hydraulic rods, the first hydraulic rods are arranged in the base, one side of the base is provided with a push handle,the top of the base is provided with the shear fork set which is connected with the bottom of the main operation platform body, a second hydraulic rod is arranged in the shear fork set, and the extension operation platforms are arranged in the left and right sides of the main operation platform body respectively. The novel shear-fork-type high-altitude operation platform is reasonable in structure, a motor does not need to drive the high-altitude operation platform to move, a worker pushes the push handle so that the high-altitude operation platform can move by coupling with the locking universal wheels, the cost is lowered, and the base stabilization devices are arranged, so that the stability of the base is enhanced.
