The invention discloses a shear fork type aerial work platform with a movable hinge point. The shear fork type aerial work platform comprises a platform structure and a hinge point control system, wherein the platform structure comprises an operation platform, a movable guide rail, a lifting oil cylinder, a lifting displacement sensor, the movable hinge point, a hinge point oil cylinder, a hinge point displacement sensor and a shear fork mechanism; the hinge point control system comprises a control module, an electromagnetic reversing valve, an electro-hydraulic proportional valve and a pressure oil source. According to the shear fork type aerial work platform with the movable hinge point, the position of the movable hinge point is regulated and controlled in real time, it can be guaranteed that the lifting oil cylinder is in a reasonable stress state all the time in the lifting process of the aerial work platform, and safety of the working state of the aerial work platform is guaranteed through the locking function of a valve set.

    本发明公开了一种铰点可移动的剪叉式高空作业平台,包括平台结构以及铰点控制系统,平台结构包括作业平台、移动导轨、起升油缸、起升位移传感器、可动铰点、铰点油缸、铰点位移传感器以及剪叉机构;铰点控制系统包括控制模块、电磁换向阀、电液比例阀以及压力油源。本发明通过对可动铰点位置的实时调控,能够保证高空作业平台起升过程中起升油缸始终处于合理的受力状态,并通过阀组锁紧功能确保高空作业平台工作状态的安全性。
