The invention discloses an automatic graphitization furnace lid overhead crane system. The overhead crane system comprises a travelling system, an automatic hoisting system, an electrical and controlsystem, an eccentric hanging electric hoist, an integrated furnace lid, an external flue and an overhaul platform; the travelling system involves a double-beam bridge frame and an end beam driving mechanism, and is a main body structure of an overhead crane; the automatic hoisting system involves a hoisting mechanism and an automatic hard hook part; the electric and control system involves an electric control cabinet, an electric wire cable, a bridge frame pipeline, a cab and a ground remote control device; and the electrical and control system adopts a PLC to centralizedly acquire all controlsignals and comprehensively operate the overhead crane through an operation box and a terminal operation system in the cab of the overhead crane or through the remote control device on the ground. According to the overhead crane system, by means of the integrated furnace lid and the special overhead crane, the automation in the furnace lid mounting, dismounting and hoisting processes is achieved.
本发明公开了一种自动化的石墨化炉炉盖天车系统,包括行走系统、自动化起吊系统、电气及控制系统、偏挂电动葫芦、一体式的炉盖、外部烟道、检修平台;前述的行走系统包含双梁桥架及端梁驱动机构,是天车的主体结构;前述的自动化起吊系统包含卷扬机构和自动化硬钩部件;前述的电气及控制系统包括电控柜、电线电缆、桥架管线、驾驶室和地面遥控装置;前述的电气及控制系统采用PLC可编程控制器,实现所有控制信号集中采集,在天车驾驶室内通过操作箱和终端操作系统或在地面通过遥控装置对天车进行全面操作。本发明通过一体化的炉盖和专用天车,实现炉盖在安装、拆卸、吊运过程中的自动化。
