The invention provides a rotary lock control method for a container single-container lifting appliance. The method comprises the following steps: when a rotary lock control system is started, an internal state switch of a monitoring module is detected, the monitoring module with the switch at the ON position is taken as a first monitoring module, and a state sensor corresponding to the first monitoring module is taken as a first state sensor; a second monitoring module judges the theoretical working condition of a second state sensor through a second judging method, and meanwhile, the second monitoring module judges whether the second state sensor has an abnormal condition or not through a third judging method; a third monitoring module judges the theoretical working condition of a third state sensor through a fourth judging method; meanwhile, the third monitoring module judges whether the third state sensor has an abnormal condition or not through a fifth judging method; and the firstmonitoring module judges the theoretical working condition of the first state sensor through a sixth judgment method, the above steps are repeated and finally the cyclic control of a rotary lock is achieved.
