The invention discloses a horizontal split release mechanism for an underwater anchor system navigation body. The horizontal split release mechanism is composed of an upper end sleeve, a lower end sleeve, explosive bolts and a navigation body. The separation driving force of a sleeve in the split release mechanism is positive and negative buoyancy, the upper end sleeve is of an arc cavity structure, connecting lugs are arranged on two sides, the lower end sleeve is of a cavity structure, connecting lugs are arranged on two sides, and an anchor block and cable connecting device is arranged at the bottom, the upper end sleeve is connected with the lower end sleeve through an explosive bolt. After the navigation body receives an instruction, the horizontal split release mechanism used for anchoring the navigation body enters a release state, the explosive bolt connecting the upper end sleeve and the lower end sleeve is disconnected through detonation, the upper end sleeve and the lower end sleeve are unlocked and separated, and the navigation body sails autonomously after leaving the sleeves. The release mechanism is advantaged in that the release mechanism weakens interaction betweenthe two separated sleeves in a heavy buoyancy drive split type release mode, reliability of release of the navigation body is improved, and stability and controllability of autonomous navigation after the navigation body is released are enhanced.

    本发明公开了一种用于水下锚系航行体的卧式分体释放机构,由上端部套筒、下端部套筒、爆炸螺栓和航行体组成;分体释放机构中套筒的分离驱动力为正负浮力。上端部套筒为圆弧空腔结构,两侧有连接耳片,下端部套筒为空腔结构,两侧有连接耳片,底部有锚块、缆绳连接装置。上端部套筒与下端部套筒通过爆炸螺栓连接。当航行体收到指令后,用于锚系航行体的卧式分体释放机构进入释放状态:连接上下端部套筒的爆炸螺栓通过引爆断开,上下端部套筒解锁分离,航行体出离套筒后自主航行。释放机构通过重浮力驱动分体式释放方式减弱其分离的两套筒之间相互作用,提高航行体释放的可靠性,增强了航行体释放后自主航行的稳定性及可操控性。
