The invention discloses a rear axle electro-hydraulic power-assisted steering system. The system comprises a rear axle steering gear, the rear axle steering gear comprises a steering hydraulic valve,the hydraulic valve is connected with an electric power-assisted mechanism through a steering gear input shaft, one end of the steering hydraulic valve is connected with an oil can, and the other endof the steering hydraulic valve is communicated with a hydraulic cylinder through an electromagnetic valve, and the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a rear axle steering pull rod through a knucklearm; and the system further comprises a steering controller, the signal input end of the steering controller is in communication connection with a front axle angle sensor, a rear axle angle sensor, avehicle speed sensor and a mode selection button, and the signal output end of the steering controller is in communication connection with the electric power-assisted motor, the first electromagneticvalve and the second electromagnetic valve. The rear axle steering system is controlled to be in six different operation modes according to a front axle steering angle, a vehicle speed and a fault signal, meanwhile, when the conditions of a small-steering-angle mode and a low-speed reverse mode are met, the steering maneuverability of the vehicle at the low rotating speed and the stability of thevehicle at the high rotating speed are improved, and intelligent steering is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种后桥电动液压助力转向系统,包括后桥转向器,后桥转向器包括转向液压阀,液压阀通过转向器输入轴连接有电动助力机构,转向液压阀一端与油壶的连接,另一端通过电磁阀与液压缸连通,液压缸通过转向节臂连接后桥转向拉杆;还包括转向控制器,转向控制器的信号输入端分别通讯连接有前桥角度传感器、后桥角度传感器、车速传感器和模式选择按钮,转向控制器的信号输出端分别与电动助力电机、第一电磁阀和第二电磁阀通讯连接。根据前桥转向角度、车速以及故障信号来控制后桥转向系统处于六种不同的运行模式,同时在满足小转角模式以及低速反向模式的条件时,提高了汽车在低转速下的转向机动性和高转速下的稳定性,实现智能转向。
