The invention discloses a railway vehicle carriage overload control method and system. According to the control method, the bearing of each carriage is judged by combining the vehicle running speed and the pressure of an air spring, when it is detected that the vehicle runs at a preset speed, whether vehicle bearing is overloaded or not is not judged, it is avoided that due to vehicle body floating and sinking caused by line conditions such as steel rail irregularity, curves and ramps in the running process of the vehicle, dynamic changes of air spring internal pressure are caused, false alarmand overload alarm are conducted, and the reliability of railway vehicle carriage overload control is improved. According to the control method, an early warning value and an alarm value are preset in advance, multistage understanding of the carriage bearing is achieved, early warning is conducted in advance before the vehicle is overloaded to make crew members vehicle, and once it is detected that the carriage bearing is larger than the alarm value even if the crew members adjust the boarding amount, an alarm is given, and starting of the vehicle is prohibited, thereby the form safety of therail vehicle is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆车厢超载控制方法及控制系统;该控制方法结合车辆行驶速度和空气弹簧的压力判断每节车厢的承载,当检测到车辆以预定速度行驶时,不进行车辆承载是否超载判断,避免车辆由于运行中钢轨不平顺、曲线及坡道等线路条件引起的车体浮沉进而引起空气弹簧内压动态变化而误报超员报警,提高了轨道车辆车厢超载控制的可靠性。并且本发明中的控制方法预先预设预警值和报警值,实现对车厢承载的多级了解,在车辆超载前事先预警,以便乘务人员即使调整上客量,一旦检测到车厢承载大于报警值,除了报警之外还禁止启动车辆,大大提高了轨道车辆形式安全性。
